Fortune favors the bold

. . . . . . . There are countless sayings out there, but my favorite is “Fortune favors the bold.” I’ve lived my life according to that credo and it’s paid major dividends for me.

. . . . . . . The twin side of the coin is “Be patient and wait for your time to strike.” This is my saying. It combines perfectly with fortune favors the bold. For a long time now I’ve been patient. I’ve been working on myself, developing myself, perfecting myself … and now I’m just about perfect.

“Often, in the real world, it’s not the smart that get ahead but the bold.” — Robert Kiyosaki

. . . . . . . But the point of developing myself was just to use the time that freed up wisely. It wasn’t for perfection’s sake. I was good enough before.

. . . . . . . Be patient and wait for your time to strike, is a line that is a 2-parter. You’re not only holding off your natural impatience, you’re cognizant of when to launch a missile of intent at your target. Imagine there’s an open doorway and around it is whirling an octagonal wall with a hole in it, and the hole and the open doorway line up only once every whirl, and only for an instant. It is in that moment you need to fire your missile. That is acting with intent.

. . . . . . . Those two sayings, if combined in the right frequency, can make you a success. Mark my words. If I had a son this is the advice I would give him.
