Money for nothing and your chicks for free

. . . . . . . Both Toronto and New York are booming with new construction. Some people question the value of that.

. . . . . . . I guess it depends on whether you support change for its own sake, or value continuity with the past. New York, culturally, has always been a city that supports change. Money steamrolls steadily but slowly over NIMBYism in the Great Metropolis, leaving no survivors. Donald Trump is the penultimate example of the New York developer. Scoop up the pretty woman and knock down the tall antiquated building.

. . . . . . . It would be interesting if there were a website where rich men could connect with hot young girls. The middleman of that website would soon grow rich! But he would find himself condemned. In today’s matriarchy, where feminine values rule the roost, there is no place for male pleasure outside narrowly strictured lanes.

. . . . . . . Do women object to being a “kept woman”? I don’t think so. I think a woman is naturally inclined to put her pussy up to the highest bidder. In matters of love, as in matters of finance, a woman seeks to know the true value of things — and this includes her looks. If she is to reach an accurate, and sweet, selling price, she must know how she ranks vis-a-vis other chicks.

. . . . . . . The problem is, it’s hard to know what your value is. Guys seem to drop their pants at the slightest sign of interest from almost any chick. In such an environment, a woman can’t be certain that she has something extraordinary. Even just asking seems to be begging for deception from the male. Men harbor a resentment of the opposite sex, and if they’re asked for information, they’ll twist the answer with a smile on their masculine face.

. . . . . . . The only ways to know for sure is if you’ve been hired as a Victoria’s Secret model. And if you have some tits. And if your face resembles the face of a woman deemed “pretty” in the past. These are the scanning tools a woman has available to her. These are the weapons of pretty war.

“Whenever anything extraordinary is done in American municipal politics, whether for good or for evil, you can trace it almost invariably to one man. The people do not do it. Neither do the ‘gangs,’ ‘combines,’ or political parties.” — Lincoln Steffens

  1. I like your writing, but I had a challenging time trying to follow your blog. There’s a banner that appears at the bottom of your blog, asking me to accept cookies, and it covers about 99% of your “Follow” button. Good thing I’m a steady hand with the mouse pointer (no double entendre intended).

It may be true that a guy will drop his pants at the sign of any interest from a chick, but after the first night there’s a question as to whether or not he’ll return. I think this is where a man’s bargaining power kicks in, and she’d better have something more to offer than just sex if she stands a chance.

    1. About the banner covering the FOLLOW button: I wish I knew how to remedy the problem. I can only hope that others will be as quick-witted and focused as you are.

About the man’s bargaining power: I think it’s quite true that men have a lot more bargaining power than they think. The more superior the man, the more his word and his actions count. I think men are conditioned to believe their power is very limited. If they only knew how much say they have in matters of the heart their heads would spin.

      1. If you go into Customize>Widgets>Sidebar, then hit the green “+” button at the top, you’ll find a variety of widgets you can put on your sidebar. One of them is a “Follow” button. That button will stay up high, where it isn’t blocked by the banner.

I agree. Men often have a lot more bargaining power than they think. So do women, for that matter.

  2. I would same men have to create, build and grow their own value from doing things that aren’t easy to achieve something to show for it. Women in general most times don’t have to do much but look good and be respectful. I really don’t see what’s wrong with a woman being kept. Well just as long as she isn’t an asshole.

    1. It can be hard to find a respectful woman. Women these days have changed from the way they used to be. Shakespeare wrote “The Taming of the Shrew” when the shrew was the EXCEPTION and not the RULE. Now every chick seems to have bitch-mode on reserve in her repertoire of emotional choices. Too bad.
